I received the 2026 billing packet and the annual dues look higher than last year, but I cannot tell how much is the regular increase versus insurance or taxes. What did other Highlands Inn owners actually pay for a comparable week or points slice?

Answer · August 6, 2026Our 2026 packet showed a 6 percent increase over 2025 for the same week. Insurance was a separate line, not folded into the regular dues. I paid the combined total in January.
