Self-reported data, not an independent verification. Public statistics never identify the contributing owner. No guarantee offered.
Aggregate computation: accepted non-general reports; medians by currency; net proceeds are calculated as gross proceeds minus owner-paid costs. Asking or listing prices are not treated as completed outcomes. Year-over-year uses adjacent years in the same currency.
Unit size, occupancy, and season: annual fee only; not a cost per guest; peak or off-season is not collected.
Sample suppression: min_sample is 1. We omit both percentages and bucket counts when a tiny cohort could be reconstructed.
Exclusion criteria: Withdrawn reports, deleted accounts, test accounts, and incomplete transfers are excluded from completed-exit metrics.
