## How to read maintenance fee statistics

Maintenance fee statistics on Timeshare Voice are aggregated from self-reported owner submissions. Each metric shows the sample size, the formula version, and the reporting period. Medians and percentiles are computed per fee year and currency so you can compare like-for-like.

### What the numbers mean

- **Median**: the middle value; half of reported amounts were higher, half were lower.
- **25th/75th percentile**: the typical low and high ends of the reported range.
- **Sample size**: how many eligible owner reports contributed to the figure.
- **No number shown**: there were zero eligible reports for that partition. The current minimum sample is one, so a published median can be a single owner.

All figures are self-reported and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use them as a starting point, not as official resort billing data.
